Sometimes people experience difficulties that affect their happiness at work and increase their overall stress load.
Giving the employee a safe space to discuss their difficulties not only helps them to face those issues but strengthens the relationship with their employer.
My experience of working with EAPs
I currently collaborate with a number of providers and I meet most EAP requirements in terms of essential qualifications, BACP accreditation, insurance and clinical supervision.
I am familiar with EAP systems for client management, risk assessment, outcome measures and invoicing.
I work both Face-to-face and online/telephone. My practice is situated in central Basingstoke, walking distance from the town centre. There is free parking nearby and it is well served by public transport.
